How about making pizza just a little bit healthier by leaving off the crust?  Not a bad idea, you may say.  Okay, follow these easy steps, adding other desired ingredients, as wanted.

Equipment:

One large skillet

Spatula

Large cooking spoon

measuring cup

Ingredients:

1 lb. very lean ground beef

2-4 oz. cans stems/pieces mushrooms, undrained

2-4 oz. cans finely chopped black olives, undrained

1-8 oz. can tomato sauce with basil and garlic

1-14 oz. can petite chopped tomatoes, undrained

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups shredded Three Cheese mixture (cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack)

In large skillet, brown beef until no pink showing.  Do not drain since beef is very lean.  Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese, without draining liquid.

Mix and cook over medium heat.  When all warmed to desire temperature, top with cheese, turn off heat, and allow to melt.  Now, you have crustless pizza.
