The bidistrict round of the Class 4A Region III basketball playoffs are set for local teams.

The Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears, the second-place team out of District 22-4A, will take on the Lufkin Hudson Hornets, the third-place team out of 21-4A, Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Splendora High School.

The LC-M-Hudson winner will face either Huffman or Houston Worthing in the area round.

The West Orange-Stark Mustangs, the third-place team out of 22-4A, will face 21-4A runnerup Diboll Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Kirbyville High School. The WO-S-Diboll winner will face either Houston Yates or Tarkington in the area round.

The Bridge City Cardinals, the fourth-place team out 22-4A, will face 21-4A champion Shepherd Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Lee College in Baytown. The Bridge City-Shepherd winner will face either North Forest or Cleveland in the area round.
