BBB Morning Mix

Orange will be the next stop for the BBB Morning Mix on from 7:30 to 9 a.m.,
at Wellspring Credit Union, located at 2101 McArthur Drive in Orange. Morning Mix offers a complimentary continental breakfast, a great opportunity to network with business leaders in the area, door prizes and the chance to learn more about the mission and services of the BBB. It’s all FREE and open to both accredited and non-accredited businesses! Join us and meet the BBB staff and other leaders in your community.

 

Hand Quilting Demonstration

Thrift and Gift Shop holds a free Hand Quilting demonstration from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., every Tues. and Thurs. at 350 South 37th Street in Orange (located in the old Salk School). For more information call 409-886-7649.

 

Overcomers Outreach

Overcomers Outreach, a Christ centered Recovery Group, “Serving as a Bridge between 12 step Recovery Groups and Churches of all denominations” meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene 3810 MLK Jr Drive in Orange.

 

Town Hall meeting

Orange Church of God will be hosting a town hall meeting at 7 p.m. for the purpose of producing proactive processes to protect prosperity. If you or any of your congregation has a concern please send it to orangecog@gmail.com. Our goal is to begin to give serious time and attention to these matters before another life is lost. This will not be a blaming session. This will not be a session for anyone to rant and rave. This will be a session for the purpose of producing proactive processes to protect prosperity. When we leave we will have an action plan to begin implementing to save our prosperity.

OC Historical Society meeting

The Orange County Historical Society will have it’s third quarterly program at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room of the City of Orange Public Library. The program will be a “Show and Tell” type, so members who wish to participate should come prepared to give a short speech on something related historically to Orange County. The public is invited.
