Samuel “Sammie” Foster, 87, a resident of Orange, TX and native of Franklin, LA, passed away on Friday April 29, 2016 at 11:35 a.m. at the Silsbee Convalescent Center in Silsbee, TX. Visitation will be observed on Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until funeral services at 2:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel, 1101 Main Street in Franklin, LA. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery in Franklin, LA.
