FANNETT — The West Orange-Stark Lady Mustangs nabbed their first District 24-4A win of the season by defeating the Hamshire-Fannett Lady Longhorns 44-39 Tuesday night at Longhorn Gym.

Eriel Jordan poured in 15 points for the Lady Mustangs (1-4 in district) while Adreama Beverly had 13 and Nakiya Platt 12.

The Lady Mustangs will host Bridge City Friday.

Ion other 24-4A action Tuesday, the Bridge City Lady Cardinals slipped to 1-4 as they fell to the Hardin-Jefferson Lady Hawks 44-41.
