BASS UNIVERSITY coming to Orange

Mark your calendar, Saturday, January 23 and Sunday, January 24, and plan to join area fisherman for a unique learning and interactive experience with professional fisherman at Lamar State College in Orange. The Bass University will be presented by The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce and will feature classroom instruction, hands-on breakout sessions along with question and answer round table discussions.

The tentative lineup of professional instructors includes Todd Faircloth, Davy Hite and Pete Gluszek on Saturday followed by Mike Iaconelli, John Crews and Chris Crochet on Sunday. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned expert these top anglers will be on hand to challenge you to take your fishing skills to the next level.

Classes begin at 8 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. each day with registration from 7 to 7:30 a.m.
