An autopsy has been ordered.

Two other people were injured, one of which is in the intensive care unit on life support, he added.

The other injured person is in stable condition.

Collins said the three people were all shot multiple times.

Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso said witnesses are cooperating with the investigation.
