The Vidor Public Library kicked off the Summer Reading Program with guest Andy Gardner from the Southeast Texas Art Museum on Wednesday, June 5. The museum is located at 500 Main Street in downtown Beaumont. He spoke to the audience about the art museum and the summer programs that are planned this year. The children made book bags for the craft. The next guest will be from Shangri La Botanical Gardens on Wednesday, June 12.
