Thomas Wayne Lee, 68, of Orange, passed away on May 2, 2019, at his home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Orange. Officiating will be Father Joseph P. Daleo. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born in Denton, Texas, on September 12, 1950, he was the son of Charles Wayne Lee and Molly (Lancaster) Lee. He retired from DuPont as a contractor. Tommy was a quiet man with a gentle and caring soul. He was a loving father and a wonderful grandfather. Tommy was a member of the Madison Lodge No. 126 AF & AM. He collected coins and enjoyed woodworking, cooking, gardening, and tending to his tomatoes and bell peppers. Tommy was big football fan, with a special place in his heart for his Dallas Cowboys. He will be dearly missed by all those who came to know and love him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Molly Lee; and loving wife, Patricia Ann Lee.

He is survived by his son, Lindsey Lee and wife Brittany of Orange; daughter, Erin Godina and husband Manuel of Beaumont; grandchildren, Molly Darlene Lee, Madelyn Jane Lee, Mya Ann Lee, and Marcus Wayne Lee; and siblings, James Lee Sr. and wife Clara of Fort Worth, Deborah Yarbrough and husband Mark of Fort Worth, and Tammy Lee of Orange; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Derrick McGalin, Duston McGalin, Christopher McGalin, Jaxson Blackstock, Robert Barfield, Timothy Barfield, James Michael Simon. Honorary pallbearers are Roy Barfield, John Blackstock, and Richard Savoy.
