The Celebration of Life for Mr. Roosevelt “Pike” Davenport, 88, of Orange will be Friday, November 2^nd, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. the St. Paul C.M.E. Church. Rites of Christian Burial will follow in Magnolia Memorial Gardens under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m.

He died October 26^th at The Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A U. S. Army veteran of World War II, he was Discharged with Honors.

He retired from the Firestone Bridgestone Plant after 42 years of service.

Survivors include his daughter, Virginia Ann Robinson (Todd), brother, Lewis Johnson (Linda), 3 sisters, Myrtis Lee, Earlene Ewing and Marjorie Allen (Boyce), sister-in-law, Delores Godfrey, 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
