Citywide Family day

A citywide family day will be held from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at Navy Park in Orange. The park is located on Morrell Blvd. in Orange.

 

Pizza, Popcorn and a Movie

MacArthur Heights Baptist Church, 3600 Nightingale Street in Orange, will host a Pizza, Popcorn and a Movie at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 26. All youths are welcome. The church is on the corner of Strickland Drive and Nightingale Street.

 

Soup Kitchen and Bread of Heaven Program

The Mount Sinai Baptist Church Congregation will open its Soup Kitchen and Bread of Heaven Program at 11:30 a.m. A nourishing hot meal and Words of Encouragement is being offered on that day. All are invited to participate. For more details, one may contact the office of the church at 886-2089.

 

Parenting Class

Wells of Agape is holding a Parenting Class from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at Life Church Orange located at 18389 Hwy. 62 in Orange. Lunch is provided. Requirement to receive a Certificate of Completion is $30 per person, cash only. One must attend from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. to receive the certificate. Starlight Missionary Baptist Church    

350 N. 37^th Street Rev. L. R. Charlot and congregation will celebrate the Church’s 117^th Anniversary.  Services will be held Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 3:30 p.m.  Apostle U. Beverly of Jesus Christ Outreach Church, Port Neches,TX, will deliver the anniversary sermon accompanied by her choir and congregation.  The public is cordially invited to attend this spirit filled event.

 

Anger Management Classes

Wells of Agape is holding Anger Management Classes from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 7, at Life Church Orange located at 18389 Hwy. 62 in Orange (near State Hwy. 62 and Hwy. 105 intersection) Requirement to receive a Certificate of Completion is $30 per person, cash only. Feeding the Hungry

Mt. Olive Baptist Church is Feeding the Hungry at 12 Noon gathering with prayer every Thursday at the Rosa Watson Caring Kitchen located at 106 West Park Ave. in Orange. Rev. Ronnie Crockett, pastor. For more information call 886-2508

1^st Presbyterian Church located at 902 Green Ave. in Orange offers lunch from 11:30 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.
