This was served at OCF (Orange County Friends) Night Bunco last month.  Several members asked for the recipe, so here it is, folks, courtesy of Belinda Giarratano, my favorite retired Vidor ISD speech teacher.

Equipment Needed:

9-inch pie plate

10-inch skillet

Spatula

Cooking spray

Paper towels for draining

Plate on which to put towels

Fork or whisk

Bowl to mix some items

Knife to insert in center

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

1 c. chopped onions

1/2 t. salt

1/2 c. Bisquick

2 eggs

1 c. milk

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9-inch pie plate with vegetable cooking spray.

In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef, onions, and salt until meat is brown.  Drain and spread into pie plate.

Mix remaining ingredients with fork or whisk.  Pour over beef mixture.  Bake 25-30 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.  Perfect dish for going bonkers at bunco!
