(3) Congratulations to Mark Smith, Texas State Librarian and Director of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, Alana Inman, head lady-in-charge of the Sam Houston Regional Library and Research Center, her staff among them Darlene Mott, on the reopening of the facility last Saturday afternoon in Liberty, Texas.
