Dear Mr. Larry Spears,

I, Terrie Salter, Council-woman District 3, wish you a hearty congratulation for winning the election and obtaining the role of Mayor on May 5, 2018.

It is such a privilege to have our twice elected Mayor Pro-tem get elected Mayor for the first time. I was confident that you would win the election and it happened. I am looking forward to your work along with all the joint efforts for making sure Orange moves forward in a positive manner.

I know that growth for our city is on the horizon. I know that with the help of God, and other city officials that you will be leading the way. You should be proud. This win shows how much the people love and trust you. You have worked hard for the people over the years and their support and votes show they appreciate it. I know Richard Salter Sr. is smiling because of your victory.
