Third grade student Colin Webb, in Mrs. Ashmore’s room at Vidor Elementary, was a winner in Golden Triangle Emergency Center’s second annual coloring contest.  He was the boy winner from the third-fifth grade entries, and received an Easter basket filled with goodies.
