Vaughn Carter Jr

Vaughn Carter Jr. 74 of Orange, Texas died on October 5, 2016 after a short illness. He was a native of Beaumont, Texas and resided in Orange, Texas for many years.
Going home celebration will be Saturday October 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Mount Calvary Baptist Church located at 612 3rd street in Orange. Visitation will start at 12 noon until service time. Eulogy will be given by Rev. Edward Hill, pastor of St. Paul Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Magnolia Memorial Gardens under the direction of Colonial Memorial Chapel.
Vaughn leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother, Ollie Mae Viltz of Orange, Texas. Four sons, Vaughn Allen of Houston, Texas, Karl Allen of Orange, Texas, Darrell Carter of Houston, Texas and Tony Carter of Dallas, Texas, Two step daughters, Quencilyn Carter (Tim) of Orange, Texas and Sheila McCoy (Paul) of Katy, Texas, and One Brother, Don Carter Sr.
He also leaves behind 15 grandchildren and seven great granchildren and a host of family and friends.
