Mr. and Mrs. Matt Ralph

GALVESTON-Katie Sanders and Matt Ralph were married in a double-ring ceremony April 8, 2017. The wedding and reception was held at the Galveston Railroad Museum. Officiating at the wedding was brother of the bride, Aaron Sanders. Katie is the daughter of Alan and Myra Sanders, formerly of Orange, and now residing in Galveston. She is the granddaughter of Judy McClelland of Orange and the late Joe McClelland, Lynwood Sanders, and Doris Sanders. Matt is the son of Greg and Irene Ralph, formerly of Fairfield, Texas, and currently residing in Woodsboro, Texas. He is the grandson of Ernestina Elizondo of Woodsboro and the late Gilberto Elizondo, Lester Ralph, and Mary Ralph. Elise Burgamy, cousin of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Holly Sanders and Myranda Sanders, both sister-in-laws of the bride, and Sarah Ralph, sister of the groom. The best man was Grant Springer. Groomsmen included David Parks, Jimmy Wisemen, and David Sanders, brother of the bride. The junior bridesmaid was Ella Sanders and the flower girl was Addyson Sanders, both nieces of the bride. The junior groomsman was Ethan Sanders and the ring bearer was Evan Sanders, who are nephews of the bride. Scripture readers were Ryan Palmquist and Amy Bryan. Music at the wedding and reception was provided by The Royal Dukes. Wes McClelland, uncle of the bride, sang The Lord’s Prayer. Lindsay Bertelli and Melody Garza served at the reception. Prenuptial parties included wedding showers in Orange, Nashville, and a bridesmaid luncheon in Galveston. Katie is a 2002 graduate of Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School and a 2005 LSU graduate. Matt graduated from Fairfield High School in 2001 and Texas A&M-Corpus Christie, in 2005.  The couple honeymooned in California and returned to Nashville, Tennessee, where they live, and work in the entertainment industry.
