Mr. Peter Jonas Rhines, Sr., age 64 of Orange, Texas passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Baptist Hospital, Beaumont, Texas due to health complications.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Dr. John Smith officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the celebration from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.,

Born in Orange, Texas on April 10, 1954 to parents Mr. Jerrell Rhines, Sr. and Mrs. Vivian Rylander Rhines, he was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his children Peter Rhines, Jr., of Orange, Texas; two, daughters Tanya Rhines of Houston, Texas and Tawanna Rhines, of Orange, Texas, and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Peter was a dedicated employee at Pinehurst and Orange Villa Nursing Home. Services entrusted to Geter Funeral Home under the direction of Mr. Kelly O. Price II, FDIC.
