The Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from Aug. 16 – Aug. 22, 2016:

 

Tuesday, Aug. 16

  • Vehicle in a ditch at the 2100 block of Farm to Market Road 1131 in Vidor. A male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Threats at the 1000 block of Honeybee Lane in Vidor.
  • Harassment at the 7800 block of Patricia Lane in Orange.
  • Criminal mischief at the 10800 block of Hwy. 12 in Orange.
  • Disturbance at the 9800 block of Farm to Market Road 1130 in Orange.

 

Wednesday, Aug. 17

  • Criminal mischief at the 1300 block of Tulane Street in Vidor.
  • Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at the 4400 block of Old Hwy. 87 in Orange.
  • Theft near Rock Road off Bilbo in Orange.
  • Theft at the 1100 block of Central Drive in Vidor.
  • Possession of a controlled substance near Simmons Drive and Interstate 10. During a traffic stop, a man was found to be in possession of methamphetamines and was arrested.
  • Missing person at the 5800 block of Sharlane Drive in Orange.
  • Burglary at the 6700 block of Lancaster Drive in Orange.
  • Burglary at the 700 block of Jones Road in Bridge City.

 

Thursday, Aug. 18

  • Recovery of a stolen vehicle at the 11900 block of State Hwy. 62 in Mauriceville.
  • Welfare concern near Sagebrush and Farm to Market Road 3247 in Orange. A small child was walking in the roadway.
  • Animal bite at the 3600 block of Main Street in Vidor.
  • Harassment at the 600 block of Kathy Street in Orange.

 

Friday, Aug. 19

  • Disturbance at the 3100 block of State Hwy. 87 in Orange.
  • Threats at the 5600 block of Main Street on Vidor.
  • Traffic stop at the 6700 block of Lariat Loop in Orange. A woman was arrested for driving without a valid license.
  • Theft at the 100 block of Greathouse Road in Vidor.
  • Burglary at the 2300 block of West Norman Circle in Orange.
  • Cruelty to animals at the 1300 block of Magnolia in Vidor.
  • Theft at the 2200 block of Craig in Orange.
  • Disturbance at the 2600 block of Alice Lane in Orange.

 

Saturday, Aug. 20

  • Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at the 300 block of Claiborne Street in Vidor.
  • Theft at the 600 block of Kennedy in Vidor.
  • Disturbance at the 7200 block of State Hwy. 62 in Orange.
  • Pursuit at the 1300 block of Main Street in Vidor. OCSO deputy assisted Vidor Police Department with a vehicle pursuit.

 

Sunday, Aug. 21

  • Burglary at the 500 block of Cornell Road in Vidor.
  • Theft at the 5000 block of Colony Drive in Orange.
  • Burglary at the 3800 block of Old Peveto Road in Orange.
  • Theft at the 21700 block of Farm to Market Road 1130 in Orange.
  • Vicious animal at the 2200 block of 3rd Street in Orange.
  • Assault at the 5500 block of Colony Lane in Orange.

 

Monday, Aug. 22

  • Criminal mischief at the 2500 block of Ellis Drive in Orange.
  • Assault at the 10100 block of Old Hwy. 87 in Orange.
  • Burglary at the 4300 block of Caribou Drive in Orange.
  • Disturbance at the 7700 block of Big Oak Road in Orange.
  • Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at the 1200 block of Liberty Street in Vidor.
