Wesley Ryan Romero

Wesley Ryan Romero “Uncle Wesley”, 76, of Vidor passed away on January 28th, 2018 after a courageous, determined battle with cancer. Wesley was born December 11th, 1941 to Addie and Ryan Romero in Pt. Arthur, TX. He graduated from Vidor High School and retired from DuPont in Orange after 32 years. Wesley was preceded in death by his brother Carlos and his mother Addie Eaves Romero. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 57 years, Linda McCray Romero, daddy, Ryan Romero, daughters, Karla Romero Watson, Crystal Romero-Mueller and her husband Matt, son, Joey Romero, grandchildren Westin Crain, Cole Mueller, Bria Crain, Sabryn Crain, Madeline Mueller, and Devany Crain, sisters, Ann Mooney and her husband Jimmy, Dianna Killough and her husband Jim, and Debbie Nagel, brother Dewey Lee Romero and his wife Margarita, brother-in-law Hubert McCray and his wife Dorothy, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members. Visitation will be Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00  p.m. at Turning Point Church, 3600 N. Main St. in Vidor. Services will be Friday, February 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Turning Point Church with Bro. George Gau. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Services entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
