Mary was a very special part of each life she touched, and to many (whether grandchildren or not) she was affectionally known as “Granny”.  She was a sterling example of a Christian woman who lived by Godly principals.  She instilled goodness in her children and grandchildren.  Mary was a faithful member of Winfree Baptist Church in Orange, Texas, for many years and loved her church family.  She was a very generous, loving, and kind soul and will be dearly missed by each person who knew her.  Mary had a saying, “We are strong Flowers women.”  Mary endured some health struggles the last year of her life, but through it all, she definitely was a strong Flowers woman.    Our “Granny” will be forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
