Charlotte Ann Mckee  born August 23, 1942 passed away peacefully at her home in West Point, Texas on Thursday July 21, 2016.  She was born and raised in Orange, Texas but had resided in Dallas and Austin, Texas as well as San Diego, CA.

She is survived by her three children, Krystal “Lane” Gosnay of West Point, TX, Maurice Clayton Gosnay III of San Diego, CA and Rhett Ivan Self of Austin, TX.  Her greatest pleasures in life were her children who she loved unconditionally.  She was a bright light to all that new her and her kind gentle soul will live on in her children and all those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents Seaborn & Devonna (Potter) Mckee and her three brothers Sonny, Ralph & Johnny Mckee.
