The National Weather Service will be monitoring for the potential of strong to severe storms mainly Saturday afternoon and night.  At this time, there is a 15 percent chance (slight risk) of severe storms forecasted during that time across east Texas and central Louisiana.  Further south toward the I10 corridor, there is a 5 percent risk (marginal).    Damaging winds and isolated tornadoes are possible.
