LITTLE CYPRESS – The LC-M Lady Bears bolted past the WO-S Lady Mustangs 25-13, 25-14, 25-14 in District 22-4A volleyball action at The Grove Friday.

Chelsea Perry led the Lady Bears (24-9, 8-2) with 14 kills.

Olivia Hogan notched seven kills while Kodee Ferguson contributed five kills and two blocks.

Zoe Levens had 12 digs to pace the Lady Bears while Payten Smith added 10.

Caitlin Woods once again set up the offense well with 29 assists.

The Lady Bears will visit Hamshire-Fannett Tuesday while the Lady Mustangs return home to host the Lumberton Lady Raiders.

 

OF girls

HARDIN – The Orangefield Lady Bobcats fell to the Hardin Lady Hornets 25-3, 25-12, 25-23 in District 22-3A volleyball action at Hornet Gym Friday.

Faith Fregia led the Lady Bobcats (6-5 in district) with four kills and had eight digs.

Lily Saucedo notched 12 digs. Tiffany Ciancaglione had six assists. Bailee South had two aces while Emma Humplik and Madison Greenway each had a block.

The Lady Bobcats will visit Buna Tuesday.
