Lady Bears squeeze past Lady Hawks

LITTLE CYPRESS – The Little Cypress-Mauriceville Lady Bears won a thrilling District 22-4A opener at home Tuesday night, downing the Hardin-Jefferson Lady Hawks 25-23, 25-19, 20-25, 21-25, 15-13 in a tight five-game match.
The Lady Bears return to action Friday when they host Liberty and will return to district play next Tuesday at Lumberton.
