Vidor Public Library held the first story time for the school year 2016-2017 on Thursday, September 1, 2016. Program Coordinator Megan Ridlespurge read “Owly” by Mike Thaler and Owly had the audience thinking about the sky, the stars, the waves, and the ocean. The children made owl calendars for the craft.
