Police seek information in crash and grab burglary

On March 29, 2016, at 2:42 A.M., officers were dispatched to 1955 Martin Luther King Drive in reference to a vehicle, which had crashed into the building.  The witnesses who spoke with the dispatcher advised several subjects had entered the building, removed property from the store, and then fled the area in two vehicles.  Upon arrival, officers observed a large amount of shattered glass lying on the ground outside the building as well as damaged metal window framing.  Contact was made with the witnesses, including the store employee inside the business and a witness who had been working in the parking lot of the business.  Witness statements were obtained from both witnesses.  Photographs of the scene were taken.
