PRESS RELEASE — On 02-25-2016, at 1:19 AM, officers with the City of Orange Police Department were dispatched to the 6600 blk of N Lutcher, in reference to a roll over accident.  Upon arrival and investigation it was determined that a red 2003 Dodge pickup, driven by 51 year old, Roy Arthur Allen of Bridge City, was traveling west bound in the 6600 blk of N Lutcher when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway causing his vehicle to turn over.  Allen was pronounced dead at the scene by Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Derry Dunn.  The accident is still under investigation by the Orange Police Department.
