The outside lane of Interstate 10 eastbound from FM 3247/Martin Luther King Drive to the turnaround near SH 87 is closing Monday night.

The closure begins at 8 p.m. and runs through 5 a.m.

Nightly closures continue until Wednesday.

In other local closure news, according to the Texas Department of Transportation, the right lane of FM 408 southbound between FM 105 and FM 1442 is scheduled to close this week.

The closure is planned through Thursday.

Contractors are working in the area, beginning at 7 p.m. and running until 5 a.m.

“Please slow down and drive cautiously in the area,” TxDOT leaders said.
