BRIDGE CITY — The Bridge City Police Department responded to a three-vehicle crash in the 100 block of SH-73 at 5:37 a.m. Saturday.

The crash was caused when a black Ford F-150 traveling northbound crossed over the center divider into the on-coming lanes of the southbound traffic.

Police said the Ford F-150 struck a white Ford passenger van.

The van was subsequently struck by a gray Dodge pickup.

The driver of the van, Nicki Dewayne Guy of Kinder, Louisiana, died at the scene from injuries received during the crash.

This crash is pending investigation.
