The Orange County Sheriff’s Office recently celebrated the retirement of Dora Phillips.
“Ms. Candy has been serving as the cook at the Orange County Jail for 20 years. Please wish her luck and a long happy retirement!! Congratulations Mrs. Candy!” according to the Sheriff’s Office.
