West Orange-Stark High School’s Andrew Wilson signed a college scholarship Wednesday with Texas Lutheran University in the Cornel Thompson Strength and Conditioning Center. “Good luck in your future endeavors and make our community MUSTANG PROUD!” the school district announced.
