Keith Neil earns top Bridge City student honor

The Bridge City/Orangefield Rotary Club awarded Keith Neil the January Bridge City Student of the Month.
Neil, who ranks 42 out of 184 seniors with 4.22 GPA, plans to attend Texas State University and pursue a degree in Computer Science.
