At the latest Orangfield ISD board meeting, Superintendent Dr. Shaun McAlpin presented Orangefield Junior High Assistant Principal David Mire a Bravo Award for his heroic effort to save a student from choking. Elgin Browning was also on hand to present a Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the Bridge City Fire Department.
