A hung jury was unable to decide if Keondrick Arabian Ali Barlow was guilty or innocent on Thursday. Barlow was arrested for the murder of Octavias Lamont Williams, 37, in December 2018. He was arrested for the charges in March 2020. A new trial date has not been set at this time.
