Bassmasters Tournament and Orange County Riverfront Festival kicks off on Thursday at 1 p.m. with a ribbon cutting at the grounds next to theCity of Orange Boat Ramp on Simmons Drive.

On Monday, volunteers were on the scene preparing to set up booths and get ready for the big weekend.
