BEAUMONT, Texas – The Southeast Texas Regional Emergency Operations Center released the following numbers for COVID-19 positive test results as reported by area Public Health Departments:
*These numbers are a compilation from several different health departments and may not be 100% accurate and are up-to-date as of the time of this posting.
Total calls received by Call Center – 6,811
- 246 calls received today (yesterday 290)
- 4,555 patients have been tested since the Call Center opened
If you would like to be tested for COVID-19, please call 409-550-2536 for an appointment. After testing, you will be required to self-isolate until your test results have been returned. The Call Center is open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you call after hours, you will be directed to leave a message with your name and phone number. Someone will call you the next morning to schedule an appointment for testing. If you feel like it is an emergency, please hang up and call 911 immediately. Testing is FREE for everyone.
