BCE Important Dates-End of Year

 

Friday, May 1, 2-6PM – Library Book Return
ALL GRADES One person exit vehicle and place books on library cart at front entrance. Please practice social distancing procedures.
Thursday, May 14, 3-6PM – Personal Belongings Pick Up
KINDER

Please remain in vehicle. Your child’s belongings will be handed to you.

-Please enter the front loading area using the road between the churches or in front of the Intermediate school.

-Form 2 lines after turning the corner in front of the school.

-Have your sign with the student’s name and teacher’s name taped to the front window (see example).

Items that will be picked up are:  student supplies, extra clothing, spring picture proofs, OLSAT and NNAT test scores, any medication the nurse may have had and end-of-year awards.
Friday, May 15, 3-6PM –  Personal Belonging Pick Up
1st GRADE 

Please remain in vehicle. Your child’s belongings will be handed to you.

Wednesday, May 20, & Thursday, May 21, 2-6 PM Technology Return
ALL GRADES Pull through the car rider drop-off line around to front of building; remain in vehicle. Please make sure you have all cords to the device.
Monday, May 18th, 3-6PM, Cafeteria Charge Payment
ALL GRADES

 

Students who owe charges have been contacted.

Cafeteria staff will be set up outside the cafeteria doors at the bus rider drop off area to accept payments.   Staff will not be able to ‘make’ change.  Please have the  correct amount of money  or write a check. Any ‘extra’ money will be deposited in the child’s account and will carry for next school year.  No debit /credit cards.

 

Please practice social distancing procedures.

 

**Online payment of charges is still available.**

 

**If you have students in other grades at BCE you can pick those supplies up at the same time.  Please have a car tag for each student in the window when going through the line.
