Good outings on the courts for CCS tennis

The Community Christian Lions tennis players racked up the awards at the Nederland Varsity Tennis Tournament Friday.
James Menard and Rahul Patel placed first in A bracket Men’s doubles. Menard and Patel won in the semifinals 6-2, 6-0 against Kelly’s Socolak and Edwardson. In the finals winning again 6-2, 6-0 against PN-G’s Plante and Allen.
Gunnar Sparks and Prattik Rodgers placed first in Men’s doubles in the PNG JV tournament. Winning semifinals 8-6 and winning the finals 6-6 with a tiebreaker 7-1. This is the first win for this young duo.
