WEST ORANGE – On Thursday, Orangefield Powerlifting team competed in the WO-S Invitational Meet.

The Bobcats placed first^t as a Team in the Boys division. Individually, finishing first were Dylan Wells (895lbs) in the 132lb class, Austin Taylor (975lbs) in the 148lb class, Clayton Westbrook (1,050lbs) in the 165lb class, Hunter Ashworth (1,335lbs) in the 220lb class, and Santos Garcia (1,505lbs) in the 242lb class.

Second-place finishers include Garrison Hughes in the 148lb class, Grant Metts in the 181lb class, Cutler Hubbard in the 198lb class, Kyler Metts in the 242lb class, Coby Coulter in the 275lb class and Gabe Statum in the SHW division.

Finishing in third were Cody LaBry, Dylan Whitman, Ethan Meads, and Hunter Norwood. Dylan Wells was named outstanding male lifter for the light platform.

In the Girl’s division, finishing first were Linsey Tackett (670lbs) in the 105lb class, Lacey Tackett (770lbs) in the 114lb class, Lyla Boudreaux (435lbs) in the 220lb class, and Grace Sullivan (565lbs) in the 259lb class. Finishing in second was Hannah Sullivan in the 259lb class. Makayla Garcia and Jaida Smith placed third.  Lacey Tackett was named outstanding female lifter on the light platform.
