HAMSHIRE – Getting strong double-doubles from both Chelsea Perry and Brittany Wyatt, the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Lady Bears grabbed a much-needed 49-33 District 22-4A victory over the Hamshire-Fannett Lady Longhorns at Longhorn Gym Friday night.

Wyatt notched 13 points and 12 rebounds and Perry had 12 points, 11 boards and three steals as the Lady Bears (13-10, 2-6) throttled the Lady Longhorns (1-16, 0-8).

Zaria Johnson had 11 points ansd three steals for LC-M while Brielle Butler filtered in eight points.

The Lady Bears will play host to Hardin-Jefferson Tuesday.
