The ground is broken for the pavilion at the Orange City Boat Ramp on Simmons Drive in Orange as of Thursday. The $800,000 pavilion will be used during fishing tournaments and other events. Workers stake out the dimensions of where the pavilion will be located so they could begin construction. Construction is being done by Better Built Metal Buildings of Orange.
