Holiday closings

In observance of the Christmas holiday, the City of Orange will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th. Much like Santa, the City of Orange Police and Fire Departments will be working to see who is being naughty or nice. There will be NO sanitation service on Wednesday, December 25th, Christmas Day. Residents with Wednesday and/or Thursday service are asked to place their containers out on Thursday and note, if your can is not serviced on Thursday, it will be serviced on Friday, December 27th. The City of Orange will be open for business on Thursday, December 26th.
For the New Year’s holiday, the City of Orange will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, and again the City of Orange Police and Fire Departments will be working. There will be NO sanitation service on Wednesday, January 1st. Residents with Wednesday and/or Thursday service are asked to place their containers out on Thursday and note, if your can is not serviced on Thursday, it will be serviced on Friday, January 3rd. The City of Orange will be open for business on Thursday, January 2nd.

The Orange Leader will be closed on Wednesday, December 25 in observance of Christmas.

Orangefield Water Supply Corporation Office will be closed Dec 24-25, 2019. The office will reopen Dec 26, 2019, at 7:30 a.m.
Bridge City Chamber of Commerce will be closed from Monday, December 23, 2019 – Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
Lamar State College-Orange is closed until 8 a.m. on January 2, 2020.
