This holiday season; let us remember that it is more than Christmas gifts, holiday decorations and delicious treats that makes Christmas. 

 There are people who are not able to afford a great holiday nor spend time with their families.  This holiday season let us remember the importance of giving and showing love to others. 

 There is no better time to display the action of humility and love than now.  Although love should be shown daily all year round, it is imperative to brighten someone’s day with a heartfelt gesture.  

Try something different this holiday season and do something out of the ordinary.  If there are people less fortunate or if there is a family you know is in need, make it your responsibility to help them.  

Christmas is such a wonderful holiday that delineates the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We should all be that example to be there for one another and uplift one another.  

My personal prayer for the New Year is for everyone to focus on the good in each other and limit the focus on hate and negativity.  I pray that in the New Year, we retract what our goals are and we focus on positive topics.  

This holiday season make an effort to do something great for someone, put a smile on their face.  But most importantly, let us keep each other in prayer and SHOW.BE.GIVE LOVE!
