Press Release— All us Eagle fans got our hearts broke Friday night. We had a great ride. Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. We sure did. Let’s see what’s been going on.

Received a call where a lady found a backpack with meth and needles in it. If you lost your backpack and dope, give us a call.

Man went to emergency room with big cut on his stomach. Wouldn’t tell them anything about his injury. He also wouldn’t talk to us. He’s not very concerned. If he will not talk to us, we can’t help him.

We received a call about an accidental gun shot victim in the Liberty Community. A man accidentally shot himself in the stomach. He was taken to JMH. Hope he is O.K.

Husband called and reported that his wife’s vehicle was shot with some type of bird shot. Deputy Owens responded. This took place on CR 3135 (Gist Rd), any information would be appreciated.

We had several calls where people were burning leaves and the wind was blowing the fires to neighbor’s property. Please be careful burning when the wind is up. It can get out of control quick.

Lots of calls about family violence. We had one call where a boyfriend ran over girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend. These kind of calls can be dangerous for all concerned.

Gotta go. Forgot my hearing aid at home and gotta go get it. Ya’ll have a great week and if we can help, just holler. God Bless. Oh yeah. Thought for the week: I have wondered what the Ten Commandments would have looked like if they had been run through congress first.
