JEFFERSON/CHAMBERS COUNTY: I-10 east and westbound between Beaumont and Winnie has reopened following flooding due to Tropical Depression Imelda; however, some sections continue to hold water and are only open to one lane.

I-10 west and eastbound in Harris County at the San Jacinto River is still closed due to the bridge being struck by barges. I-10 westbound drivers are detoured south on Spur 330 to SH146 southbound and then to SH 225 westbound.

These roads are closed through Thursday, according to TxDOT:

Texla Road from State Hwy. 62 to M.Willey Road

State Hwy 12 at Farm to Market Road 1136 to Linscomb

Farm to Market Road 1130 from State Hwy. 62 to Meyers Road

Farm to Market Road 1442 from Interstate 10 toFarm to Market Road 105
