The Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from Aug. 26 – Sept. 2, 2019:

 

Monday, Aug. 26

• Theft at the 1300 block of Aery Road in Vidor.
• Burglary at the 10000 bock of Old Hwy 62 in Orange
• Vicious animal at the 7200 block of Fredrick Lane in Orange. The call was in reference to a cat incident.
• Theft at the 100 block of Great House Road in Vidor

 

Tuesday, Aug. 27

• Assist Bridge City Police Department at the 18000 block of State Hwy. 62 with the capture of a wanted person.
• Burglary at the 5200 block of North Main Street in Vidor.
• Animal bite at the 1600 block of Cheyenne Street in Vidor
• Assault at the 100 block of Cheryl Lane in Orange

 

Wednesday, Aug. 28

• Disturbance at the 1300 block of Concord Street in Vidor. A male was arrested for assault family violence.
• Burglary at the 100 block of Northwood in Vidor
• Animal bite at the 2200 bock of Honeysuckle in Orange.

 

Thursday, Aug. 29

• Theft at the 5800 block of Mesquite Drive in Orange
• Theft at the 4400 bock of Old Hwy. 87 in Orange
• Reckless driving in the area of Farm to Market Roads 1078 and 1130 in Orange

 

Friday, Aug. 30

• Stolen vehicle at the 300 block of Evangeline in Vidor
• Assault at an undisclosed location on Farm to Market Road 1130 in Orange
• Disturbance near State Hwy. 62 and Hwy. 12 in Mauriceville. A person was arrested for pending criminal charges.

 

Saturday, Aug. 31

• Suspicious circumstances at the 200 block of Farm to Market Road 1131 in Vidor
• Burglary at the 900 block of Pleasant in Vidor
• Disturbance at the 300 block of Russell Road in Vidor
• Burglary at the 5300 block of West Hoo Hoo Road in Orange
• Burglary at the 7800 block of State Hwy. 87 in Orange
• Disturbance at the 5600 block of Tyler Street in Vidor
• Suspicious circumstances at the 3400 block of Michelle Street in Vidor.

 

Sunday, Sept. 1

• Burglary at the 5300 block of West Hoo Hoo Road in Orange
• Sexual assault in the Vidor area
• Burglary at the 7800 block of State Hwy. 87 in Orange

 

Monday, Sept. 2

• Stolen vehicle at an undisclosed location on Farm to Market Road 105 in Orange
• Runaway on Sand Bar Road in Orange.
• Stolen vehicle at the 9000 block of Farm to Market Road 105 in Orange
• Theft at the 500 block of Mockingbird in Rose City
