PRESS RELEASE — Here are the latest rainfall forecasts from 7 pm tonight through 7 pm Thursday. Six to ten inches in southeast Texas, two to six inches in southwest Louisiana. Always double these numbers to estimate what locally higher amounts are possible.

Expect to see street flooding during the periods of the heaviest rains.
