Pinehurst Police Department is seeking help in identifying a black male accused of committing a theft at Joy Beauty Mart located at 2280 MacArthur Drive in Pinehurst.

The male was accompanied by two black females.

Items stolen include two black wigs and “butt boosters.”

In the video, the man is seen pulling a tag off one of the wigs before what appears to be him stuffing the wig in his shorts.
