The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of the OC Riverfest and Backwaters Challenge on Friday. The event is August 9 and 10 at the City of Orange Boat Ramp. The festival will be from Noon – 10 p.m. on August 10. Saturday from 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. Eric Paslay will perform. The concert is free.
